SETSA and Southend Borough Council are pleased to announce our first Southend EYFS Network Meeting.
This workshop provides an ideal introduction to customer care for newcomers, as well as a
most valuable refresher and extender of customer care skills for those with more experience. It begins by developing the core principles of excellence in customer care, and how to deliver them, and then build upon them to develop strategies for dealing positively and professionally with the
wide range of situations that we encounter each day. We also develop our skills to deal with the challenges of working on the front-line of customer care - especially what to do when we face more challenging or difficult customers and how to react if things go wrong. Pupil Premium Lead Network Meeting - Thursday 18th October 2018
The purpose of the network meeting is to provide pupil premium leads with opportunities to share approaches and discuss what has worked in different schools and why. These meetings will enable us to reflect on the effectiveness of our own current provision and think how it might be adapted in order to maximise achievement.
