This programme is appropriate for infant, junior, primary and secondary school SENCOs or equivalents, and or SEN Assistants. Either new to post or those that have been in post but have not accessed induction during this time or who are from other LAs.
During this programme a wide range of leadership and management topics will be addressed. The programme is flexible and can respond to the needs and wishes of the group.
New SENCOs will have the opportunity to have professional dialogue with experienced SENCOs that are currently in post in schools, sharing good practice, exemplar templates and resources.
